Simplifying
Complex
Workflows for
Essity H&M
Industry: Hygiene & Health
Year: 2026
Client
Essity H&M needed to standardize how regional teams collaborate, publish, and manage social operations in Sprinklr while staying aligned with existing global workspaces.
Challenge
Solution
A scalable HM Sprinklr blueprint starting in Germany, then extended to the UK.
Impact
Through governance-driven permissions, standardized workflows, and external approval processes, Essity now has a structured operating model ready for future growth.
Client Story
Our client is a global health and hygiene company, Essity H&M, with many brands and regional teams. When the Health & Medical division started growing across regions, they needed a setup that let teams work together without losing control or consistency.
Essity partnered with Raffish to build a new HM workspace, starting with Germany as the foundation for future markets.
Challenge
No scalable structure
for regional onboarding and expansion.
Inconsistent governance
Approvals required manual coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Limited visibility
and control over who could access what.
Disconnect
between regions and brands that meant complex collaboration.
Solution
Raffish designed a standardized Sprinklr setup for Essity’s HM division across multiple regions.
The project started with a dedicated HM workspace for Germany built as a blueprint for future markets. The goal was a structure that could scale while keeping governance and workflows consistent.
To enable safe collaboration across workspaces, Raffish set up clear roles, permissions, and visibility rules. This let teams across Essity AB, Libero & TENA, and HM work together without accessing things they shouldn’t.
Raffish set up publishing, approval, and reporting workflows tailored to each region and global standards. Teams got dedicated dashboards, campaign structures, and labeling frameworks to keep daily operations consistent.
Cross-workspace collaboration was a key focus. For example, TENA’s global social accounts stayed in the Essity AB workspace, but HM regional teams like HM UK could still publish localized content with proper permissions and full visibility into global brand assets.
For approvals involving people outside Sprinklr, Raffish set up external approval workflows. Brand managers and other stakeholders could review and approve content without needing a Sprinklr account.
This cut down manual back-and-forth and made collaboration smoother for everyone.
