Client Story

Jumbo Supermarkten is one of the leading food retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium with more than 700 stores and 700K employees. They acquired Sprinklr Marketing, Insights, and Distributed modules to help standardize and automate the marketing campaign production process, distribute content across the stores, keep track of the impact in comparison to the competition, as well as detect PR crises.

They reached out to Raffish to help make this Sprinklr investment effective in practice: driving adoption, ensuring quality at scale, and evolving the platform alongside changing business needs.

Challenge

Content quality control across stores

With 700+ stores having multiple social media accounts, it was challenging to standardize content across the board without a unified solution.

Platform adoption

After implementing 3 Sprinklr modules, Jumbo was struggling with making the most out of their investment. With hundreds of store users plus HQ teams, the solutions needed to be simple enough for local teams to use daily.

Evolving business needs

Jumbo strived to keep up with ever-changing customer needs. Their marketing stack needed to quickly respond to customer trends, keep new content relevant, and manage reputational risks.

Solution

Using Sprinklr Marketing, Insights, and Distributed modules, we configured a unified HQ-to-store marketing operations setup for Jumbo that connected thousands of local social accounts into one controlled environment.

With Sprinklr Insights and AI-driven social listening, we mapped high-interest audience themes and sentiment in real time, turning those insights directly into campaign and content ideation. We then built streamlined workflows in Sprinklr Marketing, so HQ could create, approve, and distribute campaign assets once, while stores received a dedicated, simplified publishing interface through Sprinklr Distributed to localize copy dynamically for their region and publish safely at scale.

Through launching internal newsletters and employing gamification principles across different content formats, we have increased user adoption rates.

By enabling campaign subscription automation, stores could opt into relevant HQ campaigns and deploy full post sets across their channels with minimal effort.

Finally, through hands-on training and governance support, we drove platform adoption across HQ and store teams, ensuring consistent content quality, faster local execution, and a sustainable asset reuse loop.
