A Multi-Year Journey: Maturing Global Social CX Platform

Industry: Manufacturing
Year: 2023-2026

Client

A global industrial technology company whose Sprinklr platform was underleveraged and poorly set up for a company of their size.

Challenge

Wrong approval flows, unclear ownership, hard-to-find assets. Different teams worked in disconnected ways, creating bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the organization.

Solution

A phased approach: first cleaning up the platform, then rebuilding governance and workflows to match how the teams actually operate, then gradually unlocking more of Sprinklr’s capabilities.

Impact

A scalable model to execute significantly more campaigns, improve governance, and achieve far greater paid media efficiency while maintaining strong organic performance.

Client Story

Our client is a global industrial technology company delivering solutions in energy, marine, food, water and sustainability industries.

To support their digital marketing strategy, the client adopted Sprinklr as their enterprise CX platform. However, as with many large enterprises, the platform had been implemented but not yet optimized for global scale and governance.

Since 2023, Raffish Agency was their partner to help assess, stabilize and mature the platform.

Challenge

Lack of structured governance

Channel approval workflows not optimized

Local teams required global approval

Unclear governance between global and regional teams.

Content management challenges

The platform lacked clear structures for content repurposing, planning, and asset organization.

Folders were being used instead of structured asset boards, making collaboration difficult.

Underutilized platform

Listening not fully leveraged

Marketing workflows not implemented

Engagement dashboards not optimized

Platform admin issues

Duplicate country configurations, broken account group connections, complex persona permissions, unused custom fields.

Incomplete reporting

and analytics framework of campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement dashboards.

Solution: Managed Services Approach

Rather than a short-term fix, Raffish partnered with the cilent through a long-term managed services model built around three phases: stabilize, optimize, and mature.

The platform had accumulated multiple administrative issues that created constant friction and slowed everyone down.

Raffish ran a full platform audit, clearing out unused platform elements and fixing the non-optimized ones. This created a stable, reliable base to build everything else on.

Fixing governance & approvals

Local teams were dependent on global approvals they didn’t need, and there was no clear distinction between what corporate, regional, and local teams were each responsible for.

Raffish redesigned governance and approval workflows to give local teams the autonomy to publish independently. Global teams retained oversight where it mattered, but now clearer ownership meant fewer bottlenecks and faster content publishing.

Organizing content & assets

The reality of content organization at the enterprise was inconsistent and hard to navigate. Reporting structures were incomplete and not aligned with what teams actually needed to track.

Raffish introduced structured asset boards to replace the folder system, making content easier to find and reuse across global teams. Engagement dashboards were cleaned up, tagging structures improved, and reporting was rebuilt to give teams clear visibility into campaign and engagement performance.

Unlocking platform capabilities

As a significant Sprinklr platform value was left underutilized, Raffish worked with the client to gradually reactivate and optimize platform features that were left unused.

Social listening was enabled, marketing workflows implemented, and engagement dashboards built out, expanding what the platform could do for teams across the organization.

Impact

Raffish built a scalable model to execute significantly more campaigns, improve governance, and achieve far greater paid media efficiency while maintaining strong organic performance.

  • Organic engagement increased by 5.7% while publishing 11% fewer posts
  • Cost per engagement improved by 67%
  • Cost per 1K Impressions decreased 2x
  • 105M paid impressions generated in 2025 (vs. 9M in 2024)
  • 15× more paid engagement delivered
