Client
A global manufacturing organization operating across multiple markets, aiming to turn its digital platform from a functional tool into a driver of measurable business value.
Challenge
Solution
A detailed audit towards simplified workflows, and a more structured Sprinklr environment that standardizes workflows, optimizes governance, and eases collaborations between teams and agencies.
Impact
A more structured and transparent campaign structure; easier collaboration between teams and agencies; better task visibility across managers and their teams
Client Story
Our client is a global provider of security and safety solutions.
As they evolved, a sheer growing number of teams, external agencies, and approvals made their content workflows increasingly complex and difficult to navigate.
To resolve this struggle, they partnered with Raffish to automate complex content processes, simplify collaboration, and improve transparency.
Challenge
Complex workflows
across content production teams and agencies.
Fragmented communications
between different channels, and risk of process disruption when key knowledge holders were unavailable.
Limited visibility
of responsibilities, tasks, and progress
Manual coordination
of approvals, task handoffs & stakeholder comms.
Solution
To set up the project foundation towards success, Raffish audited existing content workflows to identify steps to simplify or improve them.
Once the processes were clear, Raffish configured structured campaign workflows within Sprinklr. Campaigns were organized into clear structures, where a single campaign could include many sub-campaigns – e.g., social media content and web content – each with its own dedicated workflow and stakeholders.
Raffish then implemented automated tasks and approval workflows. The platform now automatically creates tasks, assigns them to the right people, and moves work forward once a step is completed. If something needs to be changed or approved, the system sends the task back to the right person.
This means employees do not need to remember every step or coordinate tasks manually: the system guides them through the process.

Following the implementation, workflows were continuously refined based on user feedback to ensure they remained practical and easy to use. The result was a structured Sprinklr environment that automates complex collaboration processes and allows users to focus on content creation rather than managing operational steps.
Collaboration and communication now happen only in Sprinklr, in the context of a task or a campaign.

Impact
By turning complex processes into automated workflows, we created a stronger foundation for efficient content operations.
Teams start campaigns and follow clear steps guided by the system. Tasks are automatically assigned, and constant manual coordination is redundant.
Collaboration is easier, and managers have better project visibility.
